Who are we?

We’re a small team of passionate, support coordinators based in South-East Queensland who are here to make a real difference. With a person-first approach and a deep understanding of the NDIS, we’re committed to walking alongside you—helping you build the right support network, navigate your plan with confidence, and work towards the life you want.

We value honesty, respect, and genuine connection, and we take the time to really listen. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to get more from your plan, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

What do we do?

Support Coordination helps you make the most of your NDIS plan by guiding you through the system and supporting you to put the right services in place. We work closely with you to understand your goals, identify suitable providers, and coordinate supports that meet your individual needs. We also assist with problem solving, managing changes, and building your confidence to navigate the NDIS over time, so you feel informed, supported, and in control of your plan.

I have been with Key Community Supports since 2022. I worked with Bec before and now I work with Rachel. They are both great and easy to talk to. They help me understand things and are always there when I need support. Communication is really good and I feel supported. I’m very happy with Key Community Supports.

I joined Key Community Supports in 2023 and they’ve helped me a lot. I work with David, my support coordinator, and he helps me access services and do fun activities in the community. I love being social and meeting people — I’m a social butterfly and have made lots of friends!

We have been working with Key Community Supports for a couple of years for support coordination services for our four children. Bec has been fantastic — understanding, punctual with tasks, and always putting our children’s interests at the heart of her work. She takes the kids’ needs into account and supports our family as a whole. We wouldn’t have the supports for our children without the guidance and support from Key Community Supports. They make the entire NDIS process so much easier, explains everything clearly, and communicate really well. Their guidance and support have been invaluable to our family.
